Athletic Performance Assessment
Let’s face it, most of us primarily train the things we like to do and we’re good at doing. The end result of such an approach is not what we want though, leading to imbalances that get harder to rectify as we age. It’s easy to put the blinders on and ignore the fact that our aerobic capacity is terrible or our power numbers are low, but it’s that lack of awareness that leads so many people down a steep road to decline.

That brings us to what’s in store for you this October. We’ve developed a testing protocol that examines 7 key characteristics representing your physical abilities. Each is an important component to overall health, fitness, and performance. These characteristics are:
- Body composition
- Upper body strength
- Lower body strength
- Aerobic capacity
You’ll receive a chart that will graphically reflect where you’re at on the aforementioned 7 keys and identify the holes in your game by comparing your results to norms that are expected from a person in your age bracket. Using this information, we can help you craft a strategy to strengthen your weaknesses and maintain or even improve upon your strengths. Remember this: Most capacities decline with age because we simply don’t train them any more.
