The layout at Driven reflects our training methodology. We all want to look better, feel better and perform better, and in order to do that we need to be able to move effectively. Effective movement requires both a flexible, compliant soft tissue system and efficient neuromuscular control of the body. With our combination of open space and highly versatile pieces of equipment we can effectively improve your movement and performance regardless of the condition you show up in.
We’re also set up with your convenience in mind. We have fully-equipped shower and locker room facilities so that you can quickly get back to your life after your session.
Chase Cunningham, B.S.
Chase is a Performance Specialist and has been with Driven since June of 2015. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a specialization in Health Fitness Instruction. After a summer interning at Driven, he joined the team full time. In the near future, he plans to continue his education in massage therapy in order to better help Driven’s clients.
An Austin native, Chase grew up on the golf course. He started competing when he was 8 and was one of the best junior golfers in the state by his teens. Unfortunately an injury ended his competitive career in high school, but he found a new passion in college, Ultimate (Frisbee). He played for his club team at UT and now plays with Austin’s own semi-pro team, the Austin Sol. Chase brings an array of athletic experience to the team, with an in-depth understanding of the different demands each sport requires.
In his free time, Chase enjoys playing music, golf, cooking, and all things Ultimate. If you want to learn to throw a frisbee, he’s your guy.

Director of Soft Tissue Therapy, Performance Specialist
Anthony is a Performance Specialist and Director of Driven’s Soft Tissue Therapy program. Anthony has been with the team since we opened in November of 2009. As a Performance Specialist, his duty is to assist clients with any pain problems that they might have, or performance goals that they want to achieve, using movement-based exercises to assist them in function. Anthony is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. He uses a combination of both Applied Functional Science and manual therapies to focus on pain management and performance enhancement.
Anthony began his career as a Performance Specialist at The University of Texas at Austin as an undergraduate student in Kinesiology. While completing his degree, he served as an assistant to UT basketball, volleyball, and tennis teams’ strength and conditioning programs. Anthony continued his education with the completion of a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology at The University of Texas at Austin in May of 2012. While pursuing his Masters, Anthony worked closely with Dr. Dixie Stanforth, closely examining the various forms of stretching and their role on performance. This in-depth look at how the soft tissue structures of the body use movement to harness energy sparked his interest in the world of manual therapy, leading to his licensure in massage therapy. He continues to be involved with UT and the Gray Institute to bring Driven clients the most current functional science and bodywork therapies designed to improve their health and performance.
When Anthony is not training, he participates in a variety of sports including golf, basketball, football, sand volleyball, cycling, and triathlons.
