If you are looking for a training program designed for your specific needs without the detailed coaching of one-on-one training, our semi-private training may be perfect for you. With our expert program designs and coaching, you’ll enjoy the camaraderie of a small group while doing your own customized workout.

Group Training:

For the most fun you can have while getting in great shape, try out one of our training camps.  Designed to accommodate 10-20 participants, our training camps are a circuit-style workout providing a well-rounded session that is easily customizable to your current fitness level. Lasting roughly 45 minutes and consisting of a mix of weights, medicine balls, locomotor patterns and other challenges, you’ll get a great workout and never get bored or wonder what to do.  Join today – no sign-up required!

Driven Soft Tissue Therapy

Driven Soft Tissue Therapy (DSTT) provides targeted, cutting-edge massage therapy combined with Applied Functional Science to get you pain free and back in the game as quickly as possible.  By assessing the interplay between your tissue health and movement inefficiencies, we can develop a treatment plan that uses soft tissue therapy to increase your functional range followed by movement training to help groove desired motor patterns with this new range.  Rather than just massaging muscles that are tight or sore, DSTT will design a treatment plan that connects the benefits of massage and movement therapies to reduce your pain and improve your performance.

Nutritional Coaching

Your training program is only as effective as your diet allows it to be. That’s why we’re proud to offer nutritional coaching, A fully customizable experience led by our Registered Dietitian, Sally Twellman.  Whether you’re simply looking to have a few questions answered or need our more specialized ongoing services, we can tailor your program to your needs.  With services ranging from the basic (caloric and protein need assessment, Q & A sessions) to more specialized (medical nutrition therapy, meal planning/preparation, etc), we’ll give you the tools you need to make better choices about what, when and how much to eat.
