If you are looking for a training program designed for your specific needs without the detailed coaching of one-on-one training, our semi-private training may be perfect for you. With options ranging from 1-3 sessions per week, you’ll enjoy the camaraderie of a small group while doing your own customized workout. Group size is limited to 4 athletes per coach to ensure a great training environment.
For the most fun you can have while getting in great shape, try out one of our training camps. Designed to accommodate 10-20 participants, our training camps are a circuit-style workout providing a well-rounded session that is easily customizable to your current fitness level. Lasting roughly 45 minutes and consisting of a mix of weights, medicine balls, locomotor patterns and other challenges, you’ll get a great workout and never get bored or wonder what to do. That’s why we’re proud to offer nutritional coaching, A fully customizable experience led by our Registered Dietitian, Sally Twellman. Whether you’re simply looking to have a few questions answered or need our more specialized ongoing services, we can tailor your program to your needs. With services ranging from the basic (caloric and protein need assessment, Q & A sessions) to more specialized (medical nutrition therapy, meal planning/preparation, etc), we’ll give you the tools you need to make better choices about what, when and how much to eat.
